We are pleased to offer free shipping within Andhra Pradesh and Telangana for all orders of our Divine Essentials Kit. For all other regions, shipping charges will be paid by the customer on delivery.
Please note that all orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. Once your order has been processed, we will provide you with a tracking number for your shipment via email.

Return & Exchange Policy
We strive to provide our customers with high-quality Divine Essentials Kits. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and exchange policy within 14 days of receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the Divine Essentials Kit must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return or exchange, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
If you receive a defective or damaged Divine Essentials Kit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the product to initiate a return or exchange. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the return or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
